Had to help someone with an issue today and I am starting to realize how difficult using technology is.
Usually I’d be kind of annoyed but I just spent the time to help him through the process. While we talked I just thought of SPX and just made it a priority to make sure they feel understood and that he’s not being a bother.
They ended up telling me their life story of health problems and being so old but still needs to work.
A bit of kindness goes a long way for the people we interact with.

Most people will need someone they know to explain / walk through how to do it safely.
