In a landmark ruling, Justice Dr. Chillakur Sumalatha set aside ₹20,000 interim maintenance order.
Wife earning ₹1 Lakh+ per month (TDS showed even higher), husband just ₹60k. No kids to support, no liabilities proven. Court said:

Maintenance is NOT an ATM card for wives.

It’s not automatic just because she’s female.
Enough of this “women are weak” drama.
If she can earn more, she can maintain herself.

A man named Mudit Agarwal lost his wife, Rani Agarwal, to suicide on the night of Diwali.

During the postmortem, doctors handed over her gold chains, rings, lockets and 10 bangles to the police.

Soon after, Mudit was arrested in a dowry death case.

17 years later, the court acquitted him after finding no evidence against him.

He then asked the police to return the jewellery.

The police's written reply was unbelievable:

• The jewellery was kept on the terrace to dry.
• Rain "destroyed" the gold jewellery.
• Whatever remained was taken away by monkeys.

The court questioned the police:

"Why was jewellery kept on a terrace?
And how can rain destroy gold?"

The court concluded that police officials had misappropriated the jewellery and made false entries in official records.

Yet, even today, Mudit has neither received the jewellery nor any compensation.

It is judiciary who is saying, “Its still not time to protect men.”

Indian Judiciary has made up its mind to reward the criminals time and again because they know women can commit crimes and still get sympathy, while men are the ones who will be harassed, dragged through courts and made to suffer.

Every time a criminal woman escapes accountability, a message is sent that there are no consequences.

And when the next tragedy happens, everyone acts surprised.
