@paypal I’m on a plane and can’t talk to someone on the phone so I guess hackers can just do whatever they want with my money because you won’t let me cancel my account without speaking to someone on the phone. Terrible service.

Everyone needs to get off @PayPal asap. My account has been hacked twice in 3 months, despite 2 factor authentication. Customer support stinks, and you can’t easily delete unauthorized info. Now I want to cancel my account and I can’t do that without speaking to someone.

@AudiCentral @audi took a month (sept 23-Oct-16) to “fix” my car and charged me 5k , four months later I’m taking the car back for the same issue and they want another 1k to fix it. Do you guys routinely take advantage of customers like this?

@CapitalOne is a joke. A hotel charged me 500 dollars that my insurance agreed to reimburse me for. The charge was posted 5 days ago, my credit card balance has exceeded its max, but somehow neither capital one mobile app or web app can show the charge.
