Note: Maternal hyperparathyroidism is often asymptomatic, so a lack of maternal hx should not preclude the dx.
Maternal PTH level: 98 ⬆️⬆️

Final Dx: Neuromuscular irritability caused by electrolyte disturbances, a result of secondary hypoparathyroidism.
