7th grade kicked off the Health Triangle unit! Students created characters whose “energy levels” represent each side of the triangle — physical, social, and mental/emotional health. A fun and meaningful way to help them see how all three areas work together for overall wellness.

Bridges had the opportunity to visit the Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary & Audubon Center - Taking part in conservation work. Students also learned about President Roosevelt’s legacy on environmental stewardship. Students left inspired to continue volunteer efforts beyond this day.

The Oceanside Sailors finished the Conference last week with a 9-4 record. The boys competed this past weekend at the Manhattan University Invitational at Van Cortlandt Park Bronx, NY. The boys have their last regular season meet on 10/22 at Eisenhower Park. @osdAthleticdept
