@qatarairways what is going on with QR915 that was supposed to leave Auckland on May 15th? We’ve had zero information from you since the flight was cancelled and the phone numbers your customer service team gave us to call aren’t being picked up. Appalling customer service!
@SkyHelpIreland I had no trouble getting through. I had trouble getting a contract cancelled in reasonable time. I was asked a lot of loyalty questions and then the agent went off shift before completing the cancellation. Very annoying.
Diverted to the more 'convenient' @WhatsApp channel to sort out a cancellation with @SkyIreland and after 3.5 hours on, with 2 of those with the loyalty people I'm told shift has ended. How's that for customer service and loyalty @SkyGroup#badcustomerservice#nothappy
@CatherineRotteM@WhatsApp@SkyIreland@SkyGroup I don't think you can call on it and I don't recommend using it anyway, it's incredibly slow. Here's a freephone number of Sky customer services 1800 92 74 76
@mneylon@solaristea https://t.co/hdvV6cq7UL Blend their own collection of teas in Galway and can also create a tea specifically for you which you can re-order!
@mneylon Indeed! Crux of the problem, if the shop owner can't see the problems they don't know how online selling works and if you're outsourcing that to a developer at the beginning that's fine but long term, shop owners need to know this stuff because it becomes core to their business.
Often it's a simple configuration setting to avoid this and in most modern CMSs it's defaulted to not email. I advise all online shop owners to simple run a transaction through like a customer and they'll pick up lots of easy to fix issues #testingnotjustforcovid
Yet again sign up for a/c with Irish online shop. Set a strong password and they then email it to me in plain text email. What is wrong with these people? So much #fail
Proud to be involved in disseminating the data from the Inspire Team @galwayventshare and @lambeinstitute and @johnglaffey laffey to help ICU teams around the world buy time in the fight against #COVIDー19 Check out the project at https://t.co/15cpIgrMqQ
Flattening the curve, how we come out the other side is by reducing the reproduction number to zero. Great video here explaining R=0 https://t.co/LiTJYFaSjv
Minister @SimonHarrisTD says that the average number of close contacts via contact tracing is now *TWO*.
It had been 20, then 5, then 3, and now 2.

@adverts_ie Is there a way to pause all my adverts? I keep getting offers from people the other side of the country wanting to travel for stuff, which I will not be encouraging. Maybe you can add messaging to discourage this too.
I spoke with Jeff Warde on a local Podcast about how to get your business online during this difficult time. Please feel free to share with any businesses who are trying to change their models to online or are looking for help.

Accented characters trigger an error when changing address with Bank of Ireland @talktoBOI so my change request is a technically incorrect address, the worst kind of incorrect. #ourfada#síneadhfada#cácanócaca@theirishfor
We just heard from @SeanKyneTD that @GalwayCity Innovation District were successful in our REDF funding application for Building #2 of the GCID to the tune of €2.5M...
We are thrilled and excited to put our expansion plans into action!
