Great article from @UCSFUrology on men with GG1 PC which are upgraded to GG2 on AS and continue on AS. Significant portion of men remain free of tx. Low volume GG2 was once a trigger for tx but is now considered appropriate for AS if on the diagnostic or surveillance biopsy

@chriseden99 An open retropubic radical prostatectomy would probably do for such a case. Less OR time, less risk for the patient with equal results. But probably would not match for the „challenge of the year“
