@LASairport @SouthwestAir or a pic of the gate agents telling people that the delays are due to the air traffic controllers. So it’s not @SouthwestAir fault. And they won’t help with rebooking.

@SouthwestAir Hey Southwest, what are all of your flights out of Vegas delayed and cancelled for greater than 6 hours but the gate agents refuse to assist with compensation or flight changes. Per gate agent “ it delayed due to the traffic controllers so we don’t have to”
