@mashable Honestly mashable - the format of this tweet looks exactly the same as half the scam 'adverts' I seem to get served, to the extent I nearly just blocked you!
1) You've shared a nearly decade old picture when I chaired a Guardian Live event with Russell Brand, which is part of my job.
2) I'm criticising Beverley Turner for defending Brand after these sickening allegations.
3) Guilt by association? Really?
If you leave a job without "good reason" in the UK, you are sanctioned 100% of unemployment benefits for 90 days. Here are some examples of things that do not constitute a "good reason" to leave a job (from the official handbook for DWP decision-makers):
@grumpwitch Are you just offering to mutuals or can those of us who follow and enjoy your tweets from afar ask (pretty please - the sooner I have an excuse to leave twitter the better!) 😁
@paperghost I know Elmo is desperate to get twitter making some money but all the scam / garbage ads do is automatically ignore & block legitimate ads. I wouldn't take an ad out on the service as there is so much scams etc
@paperghost I particularly like the nail spa that bought a paid advert for a CNN article about Kenny Dalglish & crypto currency... And the plumber & florist (different celebs though)...
@_ElizabethMay Wow, that is a crazy amount of digging. Just doing it for that long, building and building (probably wondering when they would get to critical mass)
@Max404s@Otto_English I'm sure there will be a number of completely unrelated donations to the tories from people who will buy up all this newly cleared land at bargain prices....
@paullewismoney What is the point of a super fancy high speed train, that doesn't get to Central London making you change to another slower track? Why did they bother at all?
This really needs a boost. Michael doesn’t have people to shout about him going missing. So it’s receiving very little traction. He’s 13 and has been missing for 3 wks!!!
@ThePoke I once ended a text to a female work colleague (about something work related) with "love you"... I couldn't even blame a typo or auto correct - I just am so used to ending messages to my wife that way and had a brain fart! Luckily said colleague saw the funny side
I 100% trust a nail spa that is taking out paid adverts for cnn... I'm sure both the nail spa & the link are cometely legitimate, and I have in no way seen exactly the same format 'ad' from a florist & a plumber....
Anna Jones: How many migrants would Labour be prepared to see come from the EU?
Yvette Cooper: That's not the proposal we set out... a lot of garbage is coming from the Tories... this has just been totally made up by the Tories.
#KayBurley#BBCBreakfast
Fed up of these scam articles. A "verified" "personal trainer" buying an ad about dodgy income (which I've seen multiple times from all sorts of accounts who just wouldn't be buying these as ads!). Twitter can sort out its bot problem whenever it wants....
@Sonic_Screwup I feel this is one of those things where I'm seeing a tantalising tease from you (what celeb has done something dumb), and then going to get educated about the whole 'thing' in about 15 tweets down as I scroll! 😂
@EwaSR Oh, you get those too! I had that same 'article' from a florist... Amazing they had time to buy ads for random 'news' and not their flowers, but hey ho
