Suspect Adam Dowdy — rap sheet in FOUR STATES — is dead.

A restraining order didn’t stop him.
A 29-year-old cop did.

The popular brand Primal Kitchen was bought by Kraft Heinz, and now 90%+ of their avocado oil products are fraud

UC Davis did testing and found that 93% of chips and 100% of dressings all came back as having no avocado oil, even though they were labeled as having avocado oil

“Kraft Heinz bought out Primal Kitchen for $200 million, and people immediately started to notice differentiation in taste. But what people didn't realize is that the labels started to change what was actually inside the products”

48 of 54 samples were inconsistent with avocado oil in the US Davis testing. Many other brands also failed

- Chips: 93% failed
- Salad dressings: 100% failed
- Mayonnaises: 71% failed

$SNDK just reported earnings. As of end-June, tangible equity is ~$11bn and mkt cap rn is ~$210bn...so call it 20x tangible book.

Despite that $SNDK spent $5bn buying back stock in 2Q and will spend another $15bn (per announcement) buying back stock in 3-4Q...way more than op FCF.

How does this not end in tears? Why wouldn't they just pay out divs instead of buying back equity at 20x book??
