Hi, how do I complain about a DPD delivery to a neighbour that damaged our property and also his delivery vehicle (we have part of it as proof and also photographs). Thanks.
@MartinSLewis@Tesco Thanks for your replies. All sorted (although no great thanks to @Tesco). Used a VPN which I’d not bothered with as staying with relatives using their secure network.
@MartinSLewis No good to me as apparently you can’t do this simple, web, transaction using vouchers to order with reward partners if you’re abroad on holiday. Oddly though you can order your @Tesco shopping on line even though you’re out of the UK. Feeling cheated.
@HolidayExtras You don’t do the actual travel! You’re a middleman for booking travel extras and you don’t even provide hassle free refunds even for bookings with cancellation waiver! 1000’s of customers had to fight to get their refunds last year! @WhichUK@MoneySavingExp
@HolidayExtras@matthewpack I’d absolutely and unequivocally never use you again. The fact that I fought for months to get a refund of a booking for which I’d paid an additional cancellation fee is only part of the story. You tried everything to get out of paying me and several thousand others. Appalling!
@WhichUK I absolutely and unequivocally will never use @HolidayExtras ever again. For months they refused to refund a booking for which we’d paid a cancellation waiver. Poor national press coverage and ratings by consumer groups eventually helped thousands get their refunds. Appalling!
@JMSUT@HolidayExtras Yea, I took cancellation cover out then battled with @HolidayExtras for months before they eventually agreed to refunded. Same story for thousands of others who will never use them again.
@HolidayExtras@Whogetsthisone@TTGMedia If only you dated your t&c’s or gave them version numbers. T&C’s apply as they are at the time of booking so unless customers print them off at the time they book they’ll have no record of them when you change them. An all too frequent occurrence when you were avoiding refunds.
@Whogetsthisone@HolidayExtras@TTGMedia Not only tactics changed but t&c’s. Took @HolidayExtras until mid-May to accept they had to provide refunds not vouchers. That as a result of an investigation by a National newspaper so weeks behind before they eventually and reluctantly started refunds.
@HolidayExtras@Whogetsthisone@TTGMedia I doubt you would know! I know all the problems I had with @HolidayExtras before they eventually refunded my fee (and I’d paid cancellation waiver). I have the evidence. I also know that my experience was far from the exception with very many others refused refunds for months.
@HolidayExtras@Whogetsthisone@TTGMedia@grantshapps Like 1000s of others, I’d a problem getting a refund from @HolidayExtras. Inexcusable behaviour completely ignoring the CMA until national press, @MartinSLewis, Gov’t Depts etc got involved. Have refund now but will never use this company again! Wouldn’t trust them.
@HolidayExtras I wouldn’t leave it to book on the day nor would I book with Holiday Extras ever again! Straight to the provider for me if there is a next time and yes, I am aware of all the companies trading under different names but effectively still Holiday Extras so I’ll avoid them too!
