@SandyofSuffolk I do sympathise. Although, from the client side, it’s generally a few-times-in-a-lifetime purchase, and it’s expensive, so being treated like it matters, counts. Sloppy attention to detail such as starting the fourth paragraph with “Bring” instead of “Being” can ruin the trust🫠.
