The Belarusian dictator also named the reasons why he does not want a war with Ukraine:

“Belarus (we understand this, which is why we do not want to fight) is very vulnerable militarily if Ukraine starts attacking Belarus the same way it attacks Russia. Because Belarus is like an open book to Ukrainian military forces. We fully understand that our main life-supporting facilities — industrial and logistical — will come under attack. Lukashenko sees how effectively Ukrainian drones are “denazifying” Russia and wants to distance himself from that situation.

ℹ️ Trump hat seinen Deal

Der Präsident hat heute Nachmittag das Rahmenabkommen mit dem Iran digital unterzeichnet.
Die offizielle Unterzeichnung folgt am Freitag. Man darf gespannt sein, wer dort erscheint.

Nennen wir es nur für einen Augenblick nicht Deal oder Abkommen, sondern Kapitulation. Dann wird vielleicht deutlicher, was tatsächlich vereinbart wurde. Die iranische Agentur Mehr News hat Details veröffentlicht.

▶️ Waffenstillstand zwischen den USA und dem Iran

▶️ Öffnung der Straße von Hormus

▶️ Die USA geben sofort 12 Milliarden Dollar eingefrorener iranischer Gelder frei, weitere 12 Milliarden während einer dreimonatigen Verhandlungsphase über Details.

▶️ Zusätzlich werden die USA sich bemühen, einen Wiederaufbaufonds für den Iran zu ermöglichen; in Höhe von 300 Milliarden Dollar.
Vizepräsident Vance sagte jedoch bei „Good Morning America“, der Iran werde kein amerikanisches Geld bekommen.

▶️ Über das iranische Raketenprogramm zur Entwicklung neuer ballistischer Raketen wird nicht verhandelt. Der Iran kann tun, was er will.

▶️ Der Iran verspricht, keine Atomwaffen herzustellen.

▶️ Über die Anreicherung von Uran für zivile Zecke wird erst in den weiteren Verhandlungen gesprochen.

Damit ist sehr deutlich, worum es den USA ging. Trump wollte seinen Deal, um die Straße von Hormus freizubekommen. Bei allem anderen sind die USA eingeknickt, Kernfragen wurden auf später verschoben.

Der Schock in Israel ist groß.
Die Regierung hat eilig angekündigt, im Libanon und Gazastreifen zu bleiben. Trotzdem könnte das endgültig Netanjahus Wiederwahl kosten. Auch die Opposition hat den Deal kritisiert.
Wie es tatsächlich weitergehen wird, vor allem im Libanon, bleibt abzuwarten.

Die Reaktionen in Europa sind wirr.
Die Präsidentin der europäischen Kommission Ursula von der Leyen sagte, die Sanktionen durch Europa würden nicht einfach zurückgenommen werden.
Merz und Macron begrüßten den Deal.
Auf dem G7-Gipfel will Merz über eine gemeinsame militärische Operation zum Räumen der Minen sprechen. Der Iran hat das aber von vorn herein ausgeschlossen und sogar gedroht. Er werde kein ausländisches Militär vor seiner Haustüre zulassen.

Nun kann sich jeder selber fragen, ob das eher nach einem Rahmenabkommen oder nach einer Kapitulation klingt.

It takes a special kind of strategic incompetence to achieve total military dominance and still pathetically lose a war, yet that is exactly what Donald Trump did in Iran.

The US and Israel ruled the skies, hitting almost every target with virtually zero resistance and few aircraft losses.

Even so, the entire operation failed because Trump is a loudmouth fraud who was never actually ready to commit.

Before the war started, I wrote that Iran's best move would be to just to try to somehow survive the first wave, and call Trump's bluff, and that is exactly what they did. They realized early on that Trump's tough-guy routine was entirely hollow.

Airstrikes alone rarely force an aggressive regime to collapse. Trump ignored every historian and military advisor, charging ahead with Israel without a clear objective.

This was not a typical asymmetric victory like Ukraine's resistance against Russia, where the smaller nation wins by inflicting severe costs on the occupier. Iran's military performance was miserable. Their air defenses were a joke, and their retaliatory strikes achieved almost nothing.

They won the war of wits because survival was existential for them, while for Trump, it was a political stunt. They correctly gambled that the US had no stomach for a prolonged ground invasion.

They just had to absorb the hits and choke off global oil supplies in the Strait of Hormuz. Both sides held back some of their biggest moves, since Washington kept ground troops out of the fight and Tehran chose not to make the Houthis completely seal off Bab el Mandeb.

I have absolutely zero sympathy for the horrific Iranian regime. Trump deeply betrayed the people of Iran by waiting until their domestic uprisings were brutally crushed before launching his badly prepared operation.

He talked big and made sweeping demands, yet everyone knew he lacked the resolve to follow through. The upcoming peace deal will inevitably be far worse than the JCPOA he originally tore down.

This war exposed the hard limits of Trump's posturing. When an adversary stood their ground and called his bluff, the entire might of the US armed forces could not cover up his cowardice and stupidity

India is cautiously welcoming the Iran deal, but let’s be clear: this is a disaster for India.

1️⃣ This deal has elevated India’s arch-nemesis Pakistan to the level of global peacemaker. It undermines India’s efforts to call out Pakistan’s destabilizing behavior and support for terrorism by making Islamabad a byword for peacemaking. It also transforms Pakistan into a powerbroker and leader of the Global South at India’s expense.

2️⃣ The capitulation allows Iran to dominate India’s western trading gateway. Before the Iranian Axis launched the October 7 War, India was dreaming of building the IMEC trade corridor through the Gulf and Israel to Europe. It was meant to slash transit costs and turbocharge Indian manufacturing. An emboldened Iran with ballistic missiles and billions in sanctions relief imperils that vision. Iran receives a veto over any infrastructure project in a maritime zone it seeks to dominate. Critically, the deal emboldens Iran’s proxy armies by establishing the precedent that they are inviolable, and this will threaten shipping in the Indian Ocean and Red Sea.

3️⃣ This deal keeps nearly 10 million Indians in the shadow of Iran’s ballistic missiles and killer drones The Iranian attack on Kuwait’s airport killed an Indian and the attack on Fujeirah injured three. India needs the Iranian threat neutralized to safeguard its migrant workers and the essential remittances they send home.

4️⃣ The failure to resolve the nuclear issue, while surrendering US leverage, means India will continue to be threatened by an Iranian regime in league with Pakistan pursuing nuclear weapons. It will continue to attack Indian interests with impunity and sow chaos in West Asia, sabotaging the stability that India needs for long-term economic projects. A nuclear-threshold Iran leaves India permanently exposed.

India’s approach of neutrality is unsustainable and jeopardizes its long-term interests. This disastrous deal must push it to reevaluate its geopolitical posture in a world in which Iran is dangerous and Pakistan is ascendant. Closer military and economic ties with Israel, similarly threatened by this news, is inevitable.

Genau dort ist die Erkrankung , der Teil funktioniert nicht egal wie sehr man sich bemüht u. anstrengt , es ist anstrengend, macht müde, man ist erschöpft , Fragen über Fragen. Möchten Sie ihren Nachtisch jetzt oder später essen? Das weiß ich doch jetzt noch nicht sagt meine Mutter, sie wird dann aufbrausend. Kaum hingelegt schläft sie ein . Ich habe mir abgewöhnt sie etwas zu fragen. Sie ist dann viel unbeschwerter u. fröhlicher. Die melancholischen Phasen belasten mich auch . Positiv ist das man automatisch lernt den Augenblick zu genießen. Ich beantworte ihre Fragen, aber ich frage sie nichts mehr. Wir können uns gut unterhalten weil sie sich vieles bei mehrmaligen Wiederholen merken kann, aber eben nicht alles. Sie merkt es .Sie weiß es . Je weniger je seltener sie es merkt umso besser. Das ist gar nicht so einfach. Wenn man sich mit jemanden angeregt unterhält fragt man hier u. da automatisch nach. Wenn man beisammen sitzt spricht man oft über die Vergangenheit, weißt du noch ? Ein älterer Herr hat mich heute mehrmals gefragt wie Deutschland gespielt hat .Die Einrichtung ist momentan mit Deutschland 🇩🇪 ⚽️Fan Artikel geschmückt. Beim zweiten Mal Fragen hab ich ihm ein paar Zeitungsartikel vorgelesen, beim dritten Mal ein Video kurze Zusammenfassung. Ok, after overcoming the initial shock (much of which was caused by the extremely irresponsible way Pakistan's PM framed this, and the unfortunate timing of the announcement), there are some things that I feel need to be said about the arrangement Iran has reached with the US.

Nothing is final yet, but

A. Iran did not blink or give in to American demands. From my perspective, this is the most crucial part. This arrangement does not by any means signify normalization or ideological/political reconciliation between Iran and the Great Satan.

The thought that that may have happened was unbearable, to be honest, but that did not happen. Iran's integrity and steadfastness was not breached or compromised. Actually it looks like Iran's leadership has been able to accomplish the impossible.

B. Iran is guaranteed immediate, major and concrete benefits, which include access to many billions of dollars; the withdrawal of US forces; and the biggest assurance to date of pace for the people of Lebanon. These are major breakthroughs, and Iran is not required to compromise any of its core interests or principles. Again, a most significant point.

C. This arrangement, as far as concerns the US, essentially puts into a dignified framework around its disengagement from the battlefield, building a momentum for general withdrawal from the Persian Gulf in general, and leaving its entire West Asia presence centered in and around the Zionist core in occupied Palestine. This is very meaningful, strategic progress for the resistance.

This is what I can reliably say right now, and I think it is important that this is heard right now. The very idea of contact between Iran and the US is destabilizing for a lot of people, but we have to fair and honest when judging what Iran's leaders and representatives are doing and have been able to achieve.

Iran, as a country and a system, remains formidable and committed to it longtime revolutionary vision, and is winning, after defeating the US and Israel multiple times in multiple way, including on the battlefield. It stands tall, and deserve the support and love of everyone who stand with freedom and dignity.

This is not the end of the journey; fascinating and critical days wait ahead. Iranians can and should be immensely proud of themselves; they are indeed mighty
