Hey @TeamYouTube, needing some real human help here. Ticket is stuck in an email loop.
My video appeal was officially accepted and approved, meaning no violation. Yet, my live streaming feature is still completely locked out, and my Advanced Features eligibility panel is showing all green. No strike on the account, but I'm locked out of streaming, donations, and my shop over a false vertical video flag.
Can someone manually clear this ghost penalty?
