After years of open-door policies, rising crime, integration failures, and huge welfare costs, Germany is finally acting — mass repatriations are now underway.

We took in hundreds of thousands of Syrians and other asylum seekers during the same period. Many have never worked, some have been involved in grooming gangs, terrorism plots, or serious crime, and the taxpayer has footed the bill for accommodation, benefits, healthcare and schooling for over a decade.
Germany is waking up.

1. The Labour government confirmed it will remove the right to a jury trial. Cases will be tried by a judge alone.

2. The Labour gvt confirmed it will impose Digital ID despite it never being included in Labour's manifesto and nearly 3 million Brits signing a petition against it.

3. The Labour gvt confirmed we will "align" with the European Union, directly going against the 2016 democratic vote for Brexit & forcing the British people to pay billions for laws they'll never be able to influence.

4. The Labour gvt confirmed that while Islamist sympathisers & antisemites are free to march on the streets of our capital city, & while it welcomes former allies of al-Qaeda into Downing Street, it has banned conservative activists from joining a peaceful protest against mass immigration in London.

Put all these things together and you get a sense - just a sense - of how hideously authoritarian and illiberal this Labour government really is.

I submitted my tax return to HMRC one day late.

I was fined £100. And I didn't even owe them any tax!

Angela Rayner tried to avoid paying £40,000 stamp duty for nearly a year and could have been fined £8,000 by the HMRC after she recently coughed up the money, (shortly after being gifted £50,000 from a refrigeration company for 'Office Expenses').

She wasn't fined a single penny. No fine. No penalty. No comeback whatsoever.

Is it any wonder that us little folk are getting so pissed off with these freeloading, opportunistic, money grabbing, holier than thou, two faced charlatans?

John Edwards, an Independent councillor for Sandhurst, is being punished and silenced for telling the truth about an Afghan resettlement hotel scheme in Bracknell.

Last April, Bracknell Forest Council started to house 300 Afghans in a four-star hotel. The scheme provided on-site healthcare and “move-on” support to help Afghans resettle in private rented properties, with deposits and upfront rent paid for.

All of this information was already in the public domain. But the council didn’t appear to like John asking questions about the impact of the scheme on local services and residents. It subsequently launched a year-long investigation into him, costing taxpayers £15,000.

During the process, key evidence was withheld from him, his accusers were granted anonymity, and fellow councillors accused him of racism and xenophobia. It was claimed he had been reported to the police, and he was even compared to the murderer of the late MP Jo Cox.

After a year, the independent investigator cleared him of all charges. Instead of accepting the finding, the council returned with a new, narrower charge.

John is now accused of bringing his office into disrepute for telling the truth and exposing aspects and consequences of the Afghan resettlement scheme that the council didn’t want the public to know.

Throughout all of this, John has not been allowed to put forward a defence. He now faces a hearing where the same councillors who branded him a racist will decide his fate.

The council is using taxpayers’ money to fund its action against John — to silence a political opponent.

The Free Speech Union is proud to support John. He now needs your help, because if the council succeeds, it will create a blueprint for other councils to silence elected representatives and set a precedent whereby unelected officials decide which policies may be scrutinised and what information the public is allowed to hear.
