🚨 SCAMMER ALERT 🚨

DON'T YOU EVER ENGAGE IN A CONVERSATION WITH THIS ACCOUNT! (Don't worry, I didn't fall for her bait. I caught her instead.) She has 3K followers, so she might look credible at first.

Her scheme is: She'll start by sending you a DM saying she accidentally reported your account. Then she'll send some screenshots claiming she already told X about it and that she's sorry. It's tricky because the email looks like it's from X Support. Then she'll ask you to follow some procedures, like messaging this "X Support" account. After that, this "support" person will message you and ask you to do things like changing your email to "verify" your account, etc. Then they'll ask for $250 to complete the process.

Tbh, the whole process already sounds like a scam. But some people might really fall for this scheme, especially if your X account is big and full of memories. You might panic and worry that your account could get banned or suspended. So beware guys 🥺

I can't believe these scammers are here and are already messing with us in the GL world. She blocked me on X after I called her out.

++++ a user accidentally reported my account. they later explained that they meant to report someone else but ended up reporting mine instead. still, it’s becoming quite serious and stressful on my end. while checking on x, i noticed that other users have experienced similar situations. they mentioned being told to send a friend request to a specific discord user afterward. i’m now unsure if this is a legitimate process or just another scam, and i’m really concerned about what might happen to my account.
