Meet the Outlaws

Each Hoodgo outlaw is a unique pixel character, rendered in its own material:

perler beads and cross-stitch
ceramic mosaic and hand-knit wool
stained glass and carved oak
toy bricks and layered papercut
cloisonné enamel and wool felt

Every outlaw carries the mark of the hood: a cowl, a feather, and a reason to fight back.
