SPAWS is launching our fall Buckeye Performance Workshop on September 13th, 6:15-7:15PM in the Schumaker Classroom! Open to all student-athletes, our providers will hold space to learn and practice mental skills for mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and more.

Talking empathy in #osuacademictech, which @Drjameyhoule described as getting to know someone else and feeling what it is really like to be in that personβs shoes. Judging someone comes from not enough thought about where they are coming from and why they do what they do.
The NCAA Sport Science Institute defines mental health as "a part of, not apart from, athlete health. Mental health exists on a continuum."
