@MaxandrewsJ We are losing the expertise of @JerseyRedsRugby at the grass roots level and all the time they have given to the community especially for young people - £3 to see a premiership game , coaching U18 teams and free physio for youth teams. The cost is much greater to the island

@TonyMoretta Run a mobile phone promotion for those users that would sign up to the app but can’t because they don’t have the right handset. Could all be managed through the new govt cards that have can track users and what they spend.
@TonyMoretta Better communications and education . Show people step by step what they need to do to complete the sign up and tick the right boxes to share info, phone models that work. Graphic explainations on what happens next if you get Covid or you get an alert.
