💡 @FamiliaTorres is pioneering use of carbon capture & reuse (CCR) to reduce its carbon footprint. The winery captures CO2 from fermentation to (re)use it as inert gas to prevent the oxidation of wine—saving ~20 tonnes of CO2 per year, or 1/3 of the winery's gas needs. (1/2)
