Chilly was only supposed to be a foster. Then Brian's daughter decided otherwise.

A family took in a rescue cat named Chilly with plans to foster him until he found a permanent home. His new video shows him looking up at his rescuer, crying, even after he was already safe. That was enough. Brian's daughter wasn't letting him go anywhere.

A "just fostering" plan lasted about as long as it takes a kid to fall in love with a cat. Some fosters were never going anywhere else.
