@SamsungUK In answer to this after private DM's is as the offer ended yesterday, even though I bought last week. So no "free" 299 pound keyboard for me. Even though there are the keyboards in stock now (the same keyboard) apparently this is different stock. Buyer beware.

@SamsungUK @SamsungUK Hi, ordered samsung s8ultra, delivered with no keyboard. Promo stated "get a free keyboard worth up to £299" Chat states i need to refund, send back and re-order tablet to get keyboard. Can't you just send me the keyboard? Just a big waste of time and resources.

@judem2013 Sorry, just looked again properly. V upsetting for them. I can see some sound support for them on the post. They have fight in them, so I can see them hopefully getting something better for them all. But why does it have to be so draining, placing so much stress on all involved.
