No matter how busy our workflow gets in the 𝗘𝗗, I remind myself that our responsibility goes beyond patient care, it extends to 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

���� 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁.

Even on the most hectic days, I try to make sure our trainees leave with 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 they can carry forward.

In the long run, these moments compound into 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀, 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.
