Own an asset that captures protocol revenue.
OTC is the everything protocol. It builds whatever is capturing volume, attention and revenue on Solana right now, ships it, and moves on to the next thing when the market does. Every product it runs sends a share of what it earns to desk owners. Products come and go. A desk captures all of them.
Coins launched here, especially new ones, can be extremely volatile and illiquid. Prices can go to zero quickly, without warning and without recovery. Thin liquidity means small trades can move prices violently. Only risk what you can afford to lose entirely.
The platform depends on infrastructure we do not control: Solana, https://t.co/1qD969obI4, Meteora, Jupiter, RPC and pricing providers, and the issuers of every asset it pays out in. Any of them can have bugs, exploits, outages, or errors, and so can we. Prices, charts and figures shown here can be delayed or wrong. Do not trade on them as though they were guaranteed accurate.
Rewards and what they are not
Three things on this platform pay out today: coins pay their holders in tokenised equity, desks receive a share of revenue, and OTC holders receive SOL. Read this section carefully, because it defines what they are and are not โ and it applies in the same way to anything the protocol pays out in future, whatever it is called and whatever it pays in.
They are mechanical features of how the software works. They are not an investment product, a dividend in the corporate sense, a revenue share, a yield product, or a security. Holding any of these assets gives you no contractual right to any payment, any amount, or any schedule.
Figures on this site describing what has been paid are historical. They are not a promise, a projection, or a basis for expecting anything in future.
Payouts can be delayed, reduced, or stopped at any time, and have been. They depend on third-party pricing and routing that can fail, on liquidity that may not exist, and on software that has had and will have bugs. Assets bought for holders have been delayed in reaching them. Eligibility rules, thresholds, schedules and exclusions can change, and certain wallets โ including ones we operate and supply that cannot be sold โ are excluded from distributions.
A reward that has been bought but cannot be delivered is held, not owed to you indefinitely. Delivery can fail or never become possible for ordinary reasons: a holder below the minimum holding, a holder with no account for the asset, a coin whose balance never reaches the distribution threshold, or a coin nobody trades. Where an amount has been undeliverable for three days or more, we may sweep it and liquidate it, and the proceeds belong to the protocol in full. The holders' share described elsewhere in these terms does not apply to swept amounts, because the condition for paying it was never met.
The same applies to fees that reach our wallets from coins that were not launched here. Anyone can direct a coin's fees at an address, and some do. Those fees are not a reward programme, create no claim by that coin's holders against us, and are collected and kept by the protocol in full.
The programs themselves can be changed or discontinued for the future at any time.
A coin launched here charges a creator fee on every trade. When it is claimed we split it: 67.5% buys the coinโs chosen asset for its holders, and the rest funds the desk pot, the buyback, and the protocol. Holders open their own accounts to receive what they are paid, and the deposit that keeps those accounts open stays theirs. The current split is published in the docs and shown in the launcher before you launch.
We can change the split for future claims at any time. Fee rates set on chain at a coinโs creation are permanent and cannot be changed by us or by the creator.
Wallets we operate transact on the platform in the ordinary course: converting fee revenue between assets, executing payouts, buying and burning OTC, and managing treasury. We may hold OTC and coins launched here, including at the same time as we operate the mechanisms that affect them.
