Welcome! In this space, I will be providing picks of (mainly OTC) stocks that I think are undervalued or otherwise worthy investment targets. I am not a financial advisor and I encourage everyone to do their own Due Diligence, but I hope this can be a space that helps people

Stopped by the bushnell pharmacy yesterday, and took some pictures so everyone can see they are open for business. Talked with the staff. They are very pleasant and excited about the transition.
I'm looking forward to the next acquisition! Keep up the great work Stavros.
$DVLP hit 20s not long ago and rebounded to 45s. Pattern of trading reveals a pro group running this--hit the shorts hard right at open and they tend to back off for the rest of the day. Minimum 2 cent run coming as financials are revealed. Remember, SEC reporting!
Dipping my toes back in the OTC--market was dead but I think it's starting to recover. $DVLP, $INTK, and $IFXY are the ones that are going to lead the charge up
If Stu can only maintain current revenue and OS, sp โshould beโ over .03 (unless the market decides the multiplier will be under 15โฆmultiplier is currently 9 in this analysis).
Seems like a pretty safe bet to me.
Some hypothetical math for $INTK:
Q1 Net income = $1.64M, which would project to $6.56M per year if quarterly net income was the same for all 4 quarters.
Theoretical multiplier (will be determined by market but letโs use this for now) = 15
OS = 3.1B.
Next...
[($6.56M)x(15)] / 3.1B = $0.0317 stock price if quarterly revenue and OS stayed the same as Q1 indefinitely. That is 67% higher than current sp of .019.
So, do you believe Stu will increase revenue and decrease OS, as promised? If he does, sp is going much higher.

Told you. This is going to 50c easily. The OTC has changed forever. No more pump and dump, as fun as that was. Now the market is looking for real companies with real product and revenues. $INTK is one of those legitimate companies.
Accounted for. In summary, never trade with money you need to eat or pay for shelter with, and cut back on trading to grow as a trader. I'm sitting on $INTK, $ILST, $DVLP, and $JPEX until they run, and they all will run. I encourage you to do the same.
By now you all have seen the vid of the guy who gave his goldfish $50k and had it outperform wallstreet bets. Want to know why that happened? It's because the goldfish didn't trade. One of the biggest lessons I learned over the past year is to not over trade. Over trading (1)
Not only makes you miss out on runs but then gets you hit with a tax bill from wash sales. People who say wash sales don't matter are by and large working with such large accounts that for them it's true. For a smaller account they absolutely do matter and need to be (2)
