@patjakubik@ShopifyDevs Just added read_customers to my toml scopes to see if I can see the logs after they approve it, feels quite aggresive to ask for such high permissions just to debug a function π
@TheAwesomeTuvia Currently I have 4k users and get around 10 tickets a week, sometimes less, just simplified the app to the point where a kid could use it. Not great for reviews though.
@patjakubik@ShopifyDevs I made a post on the community as a feature request to fix this, maybe comment on my post so more people see it: https://t.co/PKOgSWmqr0
@dave_cameron@Sam115200@nick_wesselman I think that, we shouldn't be blocked from seeing the entire log input/output, if the only data that we don't have permission to see is, for example, the customer email. It should appear redacted or something.
@charlesmdp Simple idea for @Shopify: when an app is suspiciously acquiring too many reviews in proportion to their installs, trigger an automatic alert that should result in a "no-notice" app review with a normal store (no dev stores).
@patjakubik I got one too, the review literally says "I mistakenly upgraded the plan, please refund the amount". Even after I refunded then they didn't even answer my emails, let alone updating the review.
