NEW: Chicago woman appears to slam her car into the side of an ICE vehicle before getting dragged out, claims *she* was the one that was crashed into.

Video footage shows locals blocking an ICE vehicle in West Town before the collision.

"You hit her! We have it on video!" bystanders claimed.

The woman, Dayanne Figueroa, claims she was on her way to work when the incident unfolded.

Despite video footage appearing to show her slamming into the ICE vehicle, Figueroa says she was the one who was ran into.

"I was in shock and terrified. The video evidence is clear: Agents crashed into me. I was not involved in any protest or related activity, and I intend to seek justice for how I was treated," Figueroa said to the Chicago Tribune.
