The second book finished of 2025 and I read it in 8 hours!

For a while I’ve been in a reading rut, my shelves are full of books with bookmarks, a quarter of the way through the books I never got into.

The grip this book had on me from the very first line is amazing.

Was it the new medication allowing me to focus? Was it the stress of the last 10 years finally being lifted? Or was it all in my head that these things affected my rut? Who knows, but what I do know is 2025 is 6 days deep and I’m halfway through my 3rd book of the year.
