@VirginTrains after you cancellations nearly made me miss my flight the least you can do is actually answer my complaint. It's been nearly two weeks. Only slightly longer than the journey from MK-London on one of your trains takes 🙈

@LNRailway why are your jobsworth staff denying delay repay saying a single ticket can be used again? The only way this is possible is a time machine. If you have one, I pay enough for your services for you to let me use it. I'll go back in time and move elsewhere to avoid you.

@GenkiGear I'm a long-time customer and gave you some genuine, constructive feedback on Facebook from an actual chemist & you blocked me. I was trying to help and was completely polite. Is this how you treat all your customers or just the scientists? #BadCustomerService #complaint
