@Barclaycard is quick enough to take you money off you but never delivering when a genuine mistake has been made! Absolutely SHOCKING! No care or empathy taken where the money that has been paid twice by accident is needed! NOT IMPRESSED!!!
@Barclaycard Again was on the phon for over an hour to get no where I just want this sorted! Wasn't even able to speak to a manager to explain the situation As mentioned previously simply an accident with what's gone one over the last month! Just want this money back to pay my other bills
@Barclaycard Hi thank you for getting back to me on this I have raised the complaint so waiting on this and yep once again same story and nothing done just basically an oh well allotted we can't do anything for you! Numerous calls hours spent and getting no where it's just not good enough 1/2

@Barclaycard No one is willing to help and just want this sorted I have bills due to come out tomorrow and this simply is not good enough!!! I just want this sorted please! Not an impressed customer and would like to speak to someone in the UK who can get this sorted ASAP
@Barclaycard Once again after 1 hr plus of being passed from pillow to post still a NO! Can someone from the UK office please get in contact as no one is actually helping getting this resolved! Stressed beyond all belief after 4 days 4 and a bit hours of calls and still getting NOWHERE 1/2
