VIDEO: AJ Dybantsa says he didn’t do physical workouts for ANY NBA TEAMS 😳
“I didn’t work out for none, I just visited the cities. Take me to the facility, take me to dinner, talk. I don’t gotta workout. They know what I can do.”

Knicks head trainer Anthony Goenaga, who’s been with the team over 30 years, on IG:
“What a season...
It began with an unforgettable trip to Abu Dhabi. Then life reminded me that some battles are bigger than basketball.
I had to say goodbye to my mother after her courageous year-and-a-half fight with cancer.
Before she passed, we laughed and joked that she would become our guardian angel on the other side and help guide us to a championship.
Soon after, we won the Emirates NBA Cup in Las Vegas.
Then came a historical playoff run. 16-3, We overcame a 22-point deficit with comeback in the Eastern Conference Finals, a 29-point comeback in the NBA Finals, and found a way through every challenge placed in front of us.
And now, we stand at the top of the mountain.
2026 NBA Champions.
Mom, thank you for watching over us every step of the way. This one is for you. The wait is over!!! We are forever Champions 🏆 ❤️ “
His taxi was destroyed after a Knicks game, leaving Noureddine Bitat so traumatized that he said he is longer able to work as a driver.
French Montana heard the cab driver's story and wanted to find him. Not only did he connect with Bitat, he harnessed the power of strangers to raise $75,000 for him. #nyc #knicks #newyork
gotta be able to get to your spots with ease.
ball handling = confidence.
dance moves + hand eye coordination … footwork as always + middle game, attacking closeouts otm + “hit first !” = last night in the park.
