...because she let her 5-year-old son walk half a mile to the pond in their GATED community to collect goose feathers.

Yes, you read that right...

Her name is Karyann Parkinson and she is probably the furthest thing from an "unfit mother" you will ever meet.

She has a degree in family science. She was a family life educator. She spent three years as a live-in behavioral specialist caring for 35 troubled girls. Her husband is a family therapist.

They moved to Virginia so she could go to William & Mary LAW SCHOOL.

This past June, eight months pregnant and studying for the bar, she took her boy Sam on their usual bike ride to the pond.

When they got home, he asked to walk back for more feathers.

Just a half-mile walk home on a sidewalk with ten feet of grass between him and the road.

Two crosswalks he'd used hundreds of times, inside a gated neighborhood with 24-hour security and a 25 mph speed limit.

She said yes, and she made lunch.

A stranger saw a kid walking and called security.

The guard marched Sam home and told this 5-year-old that his mommy did something wrong

His mother says it "scared the crap out of him."

Then the guard called the cops. Then the cop called backup.

Within minutes: THREE police cars. Three officers. A security vehicle. Two CPS workers. All at one mother's front door.

For a kid walking home on a sidewalk

CPS told her husband, "a 5-year-old child can never be unsupervised."

Never. Not for one minute. Not in a gated community. Not on a sidewalk.

That is the government's position on YOUR children.

They put her on the child abuse and neglect registry.

Seven years.

They charged her with "contributing to the delinquency of a minor."

A charge meant for parents who let their kids do drugs and skip school.

Last week, a judge convicted her and she got six months in jail, suspended and a permanent criminal record.

She can likely never volunteer at her kids' school again.

She may never be allowed to practice law.

What are we doing here????

I used to ride bikes with my friends until till the streetlights came on... no one ever knew where I was and it didn't matter because this WAS AMERICA.

Shama Bibi was 24 years old and pregnant. Her husband Shahzad Masih was 26.

They were bonded brick kiln workers in Kot Radha Kishan, Kasur District, Punjab Province, and on November 4, 2014, a mosque loudspeaker announced they had desecrated pages of the Quran.
It was false.

A mob of roughly 500 to 600 people tore the roof off the office where the couple had taken refuge, dragged them out, beat them, and threw them into the kiln furnace while they were still alive.

Three children were left behind.
Twelve years later, on July 9, 2026, Pakistan's Supreme Court acquitted the last three men who had been sentenced to death for it.

The written judgment released on August 13 admitted the crime was shocking and brutal while ruling the evidence insufficient.

Not one person is now serving time for burning a pregnant Christian woman and her husband alive.

A priest who survived described it as “the end of the world.”

Spain just released a man police caught in the act of r*ping a 22-year-old woman on Valencia’s Malvarrosa beach.

27-year-old illegal Moroccan construction worker. Dawn. He tore her dress off, covered her mouth, and r*ped her on the sand.

Four officers arrived while it was still happening. He ran. They caught him. He punched an officer in the face hard enough to send him to the hospital.

The victim gave a statement at the hospital.
Monday the judge let him walk because she hadn’t been located to “ratify” a formal complaint in court.

Caught mid-r*pe. Walking free the next day.
That is not a technicality. That is a system that treats a screaming woman on a public beach as optional paperwork.

Spain should be ashamed. Every woman in Valencia should be furious.

This is Judge David Farrell, QC. In April of 2019, he handed Martyna Ogonowska a life sentence, with a minimum term of 17 years, for stabbing and killing a man who was sexually assaulting her.

In 2012, on the other hand, Judge Farrell handed down sentences of just 40 months to two men who raped an 11 year old schoolgirl because she was “willing,” and “looked fourteen.”

Denmark 🇩🇰, 2011: Somali immigrant Ahmed Omar Mohamed abducted a 10-year-old girl.

He dragged her into the woods and raped her repeatedly for over an hour. He was sentenced to just 6 years in prison.

At the time, the Social Democrats refused to deport him, claiming it would violate international conventions.

He also had a past as a child soldier (according to his own statements), linked to groups in Somalia (including references to al-Qaeda).

Now the same Somali is charged with beating and strangling 77-year-old Henrik Johansen to death.
This is completely sick and unjust.

Just seen Satvir Kaur’s latest post celebrating her new role as Minister for Safeguarding and Violence Against Women and Girls.

The same Satvir Kaur who, in January 2025, voted (via proxy) with the rest of Labour against a national inquiry into grooming gangs.

She followed the party line, helped block it, and now she’s the one supposedly in charge of protecting women and girls from exactly this kind of abuse.

No specialist background in child sexual exploitation. No track record of challenging the failures. Just a local councillor who rose through the ranks, toed the line when it mattered, and got handed the job anyway.
