Dev control will usually take time to give the necessary advice b4 building is completed. The developer usually plays victim wen it happens.
@DailyPostNGR The minister's reaction is totally unacceptable. All players in the power sector are very unserious and incompetent. They should be sacked and replaced with competent hands. Enough of the nonsense. Nigeria will never have steady power supply until people are held accountable.
