@Cristina_VargAP Where do you put the threshold between a dediff liposarcoma and a sclerosing variant of a well-diff liposarcoma? What features do you rely on to distinguish in borderline cases? Cellularity? It's just a doubt I find mysef facing from time to time. Anyway, nice case!

@goziemnweke Nope, this is an invasive breast carcinoma, grade 3. But good guess! Those nucleoli are a typical feature in melanoma.

@VickeryJasmine I think it looks like a pleomorphic variant of lobular carcinoma, isn't it? The nuclei are way more atypical than the classic lobular carcinoma.

Some of you already got the correct answer! This is a fumarate hydratase-deficient leiomyoma. Loss of immunohistochemistry stain is shown in the picture. It can be sporadic but it may be the first clue to hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma (HLRCC), so look out! 🕵️‍♂️
