"What made Warner so extraordinary was not only his brilliance, but also his optimism. He never stopped believing that freedom could be restored, that justice would prevail, and that ordinary people could make an extraordinary difference"
This is what made me love him so much
In loving and respectful memory
Warner was an immense soul.
He feared nothing and fought for freedom.
He didn’t keyboard complain.
He acted with precision, concentrated focus and infective optimism.
Intellectual Fecundity that invoked many to mimic his general heading.
He had a strong principled basis for gaining karmic momentum.
He didn’t waste time in the drama hot tub and wisely stayed focused on much more productive endeavors.
The humility of wisdom embodied Warner.
He drove an underground legal movement and gave voice to millions of people who witnessed traditional law firms distance themselves from off narrative cases.
I don’t think people understand his impact here as it’s not glamorized on X but instead in the Court.
I have many regrets hearing of his passing:(
I mostly think of the things I dreamed we were certain to celebrate in the future together regarding all the collective victories of the fascinating people who stood up to the COVID cartel.
Warner had big wins but he was correct to remind people to honor the Small wins too.
Legal precedent set.
Make them say it on the record with a Bible in their hand!
Fight even if you know you’re going to lose because that’s what the world needs.
I don’t ,today, know what they would be but I’ve known enough people that dent the universe to know Warner wasn’t just one of them, he was uniquely effective because he was ethically correct in his mission.
Many people dent the universe and then discover they are nothing. Rudderless. Hallow, money seeking misguided, no philosophical grounding and ego engorged.
Warner found his North Star first and when he dented the universe he was comfortable with mortality.
That’s the victory lap we should all be singing in his name.
I will never forget getting on a long flight from NL->Boston and being sick as a dog (hacking all over @JesslovesMJK) and deciding to carry on to OH the next day.
Family was telling me I’m nuts. Cancel.
But Warner was like a brother I couldn’t let down and he’d forgive me for burning the candle at both ends.
A significant regret is not singing his praises more loudly in life.
To graceful eternity
@DocpalFrancesc2 The plaintiffs agreed to it.
Merck bought peace and silence; the plaintiffs took the check & signed NDAs.
I hope that money gives them peace.
They had an opportunity to make a real impact.
Now you know where the "pharma R&D billions" go, that you pay for in your drug price.
Not into researching new drugs but paying off litigants so that the truth about contaminated drugs can never see the light of day.
What was in the Gardasil documents?
#Plasmidgate
DNA, and other nucleic acid promoters, etc act as adjuvants among other things. The fact that it’s not disclosed or approved is a HARD PASS for my kids.
Today we lost another warrior in the fight. @MendenhallFirm, a courageous lawyer standing against the tyrants. I met him virtually and had the utmost respect for him. He fiercely defended @IamBrookJackson in her fight against big pharma. My sincere condolences to his family.
Here's some fine print that isn't getting much attention: the government is on a path to create a "regulator" that will target "harmful content online". Reasonable for some stuff obviously. But will this expand to, say, "misinformation" about the "benefits" of the C19 💉for kids?
Tim Hortons announcing they're launching a campaign to hire 10,000 "locals" is a massive corporate pivot. It’s basically a quiet admission that they over-relied on the Temporary Foreign Worker program for years while Canadian youth unemployment surged past 14%. With youth unemployment that high, there shouldn’t be the need of any foreign workers🍁 #Canada #TimHortons
Thank you @globalnews for covering the @AllisonInquiry
We MUST listen to COVID-19 vaccine injured Canadians who suffered in silence for years
They deserve to be heard and they will be by me, MPs and Senators from all parties, @Shawnbuckleylaw and all Canadians.
It’ll be on Parliament Hill on September 8, 9, 10, 11

Leaked files from around the world just proved that regulators lied to the public to push the vaccines and erased incriminating data.
This article covers it all, especially the leaked FDA conversation. It's time for justice.

A farmer threw a dead pig into a well… and within a short time, seventy to eighty rats jumped in to feast on it.
At first, everything seemed easy.
The moment they saw food, they all rushed toward it. But after eating, they realized something terrifying… the walls of the well were too high and too steep to escape.
Slowly, the food ran out.
Hunger increased.
And that same place turned into a battlefield.
In a desperate fight to survive, the rats turned on one another. They started killing and eating each other alive.
Days later, only ONE rat remained in the well.
Its eyes were red like blood.
Then the farmer lowered a rope, pulled the rat out, and released it back into the fields.
Did the farmer feel sympathy for it?
Absolutely not.
The farmer understood something most people never will…
That rat had now become addicted to eating its own kind. It would no longer search for grain. It would now hunt other rats instead.
And THAT is what “divide and rule” really means.
The people sitting at the top rarely fight each other.
Instead, they create an environment where the people below keep fighting, hating, destroying, and consuming one another… while the real controllers sit back and watch the chaos unfold.
Whenever two people are fighting each other, the benefit almost always goes to the third person… the one standing behind the curtain controlling the entire game.
Understand the trap.
Because if you don’t… you may already be inside the same well.
Turn off the noise.
Turn on your mind. ✌️🖤

Today, we mourn the loss of a true champion for freedom, justice, and the rule of law. Warner Mendenhall (@MendenhallFirm), founder of @Freedom_Counsel and a longtime friend and partner of the Independent Medical Alliance, passed away after a courageous battle with colon cancer.
Warner was a fearless attorney, but he was also a deeply compassionate human being. He became a trusted advocate for countless individuals who had been harmed, silenced, or abandoned by the healthcare system. From leading the whistleblower lawsuit against Pfizer on behalf of Brook Jackson to defending vaccine-injured patients, physicians, and families challenging mandates, Warner consistently stood with those who felt powerless. His relentless pursuit of justice was matched only by his kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others—often working pro bono and without seeking recognition. To many, he was not only a legal warrior, but a source of hope during some of the darkest moments of the COVID era.
He was a defender of truth, a builder of coalitions, and a leader who helped create an army of lawyers dedicated to protecting fundamental freedoms. Even in the final chapter of his life, he continued developing legal resources, tools, and strategies to help others carry this work forward.
What made Warner so extraordinary was not only his brilliance, but also his optimism. He never stopped believing that freedom could be restored, that justice would prevail, and that ordinary people could make an extraordinary difference.
His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the freedoms he defended, and the countless patients, physicians, attorneys, and advocates he inspired.
Our deepest condolences go out to the entire Mendenhall family, who were so very precious to him, and to his friends, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, Warner. Thank you for your courage, your friendship, and your unwavering commitment to liberty.
