2nd Amendment fanatics claim "the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun." This man proved otherwise; he stopped a bad guy by beating him with his own gun. He is a hero and a badass.
And *of course* he owns an El Camino.

@iximiuz@NTNikolaev Sure you do! Just spin up a t4g.small instance on Amazon EC2. There's a free trial running through the end of the year. Making builds for arm64 should cost only pennies each month.
@iximiuz@aantn Code that needs to exist should be subject to testing. If you can delete the code and it still passes all your tests, that's a problem. You don't need to answer a Chesterton's fence riddle if the test suite does it for you.
If you run on AWS Graviton -- and even if you don't -- you should switch to ECDSA TLS certificates ASAP! TLS session handshakes complete much faster and consume much less power than handshakes with RSA certificates.

We've helped several customers move to @awscloud#Graviton in the last year and we've got it down to a science across EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, and more.
If you're interested in exploring Graviton please reach out!

Increasing the vCPU and Memory configurations will open doors for AWS customers that wanted to leverage AWS Fargate, but were held back due to requiring more resources for their containers. Super excited to hear about the use cases that are now unlocked with this release!
Really excited to announce the release of #ECS#Fargate large task sizes. The team has worked really hard on this. I am proud and the team for their efforts and pleased to get this into the hands of our customers.

CloudFlare should not offer themselves as a shield to protect people who harass and demean others.
If you work at CloudFlare (and I know at least one my followers does), you need to convince your bosses to abandon their content-neutrality position.
And quit if they don't.
The past is past; nothing can change it. But the future depends on the present; we still have the opportunity to shape it. This is not a matter of employing technology or spending more money, it's a question of developing a sense of concern for others' well-being
