She was NOT in a place to consent. He is fully responsible. He did not clarify her age, he did not ask for consent, and he was trying to get touchy with somebody he KNEW was drunk. Absolutely unacceptable under all circumstances. 2/2

I was groomed when I was 13 until I was 16. I didn’t see anything wrong with it. I actually trusted him and had good times with him. Until he was gone and the smoke of manipulation cleared and I realized what was going on. No, you can not silently consent. 1/2
