Limited Run Games has issued an apology to the Sonic Community.

They claim the #SxSG statues up until now have not been up to the standard set by us or by themselves, calling the quality “not acceptable”.

Effective immediately, they are pausing shipping of all #SxSG Collector’s Editions, and starting a completely new production cycle from scratch for the statue.

If you ordered or already got one of the “older” statues, you are able to get the brand new one for free or start a refund process within the next seven days via an email set to be sent within those days.

@JLDrawz UGHH the base was heart breaking tbh 😭 it literally feels like mcdonald’s toy plastic in comparison to the heavier material used for the figures

@ThisIsCSDX Yes, the rest of the content is acceptable. The shoe keychain and chao figures had a better paint job overall (small mark on the chao hand but it’s not as bad as this). It was really the sonic & shadow figure that got botched
