@LoveWilko still no help from #wilko nearly 2 weeks after receiving the wrong vastly cheaper item (convenient ) when ordering online ,keep being sent the same automated message to wait 72 hours for assistance . Can’t even use the product as it’s not suitable for my property

Nothing from them after kept being told I’d get a response in 72hours , the box is huge sitting in my tiny terrace hallway and i can’t even open my front door ! Aswell as being over 200 pound down and I can’t even use the product as it’s too big for my house !
