@colingeorgerice@Knowitballer If Tesco doesn’t earn enough money to cover those wages then no they shouldn’t employ more people. Relying on ownership bailouts to cover spiralling costs does not equate to a long term future for staff.
@Superspurs131 Its a combination. Modern hybrid pitches have plastic fibres stitched in that prevent divots and damage to the surface. Combined with modern football boots that are no longer round the studs lock in with the fibres and the acl gives before the surface does.
@henrywinter If you are fit enough to try and scoot
Back onto the pitch and delay the game then you are open to opposition taking offence. It’s as if crying wolf has resulted in downed players not being taken seriously
@JeffNoffsinger@bobpockrass As a European fan I enjoy the road courses. A more tactical race that allows for more moments. If anything the road courses need more hairpin corners to create incident
@dennyhamlin Would it not be possible that after the white flag if a yellow comes out the cars ahead of the wreck continue to race and the car involved and behind the wreck slow to ensure safety. Best of both worlds?
@Keir_Starmer Or cancel all foreign aid. Unless the country has a surplus of revenue no money should be sent abroad. British tax money should be spent to support British people!
@elonmusk If you removed funding from things like the DMV and make them self funded they would have to increase efficiency themselves and become better to generate the income to keep them in employment.
@bobpockrass The track limits technology used in Moto GP is quick and identifies the smallest of violations. Race controls decisions would then only be to identify anyone forced of track
@mrmiley@DehennaDavison The generational ban has been abandoned by the other country’s that have previously proposed it once they have to admit it’s unenforceable. If it ever comes into law it will make zero difference
@DehennaDavison As a tobacco retailer the lack of licensing is the biggest issue! Why not license retailers, raising money for the councils to aide enforcement!
@Matthew_Wright@LBC Adults should be free to partake in tobacco if they wish just like alcohol. People are fully aware of the potential risk. The issue is solely with children gaining access to the products. Simple solution is to make retailers get licenses and have the council actually enforce them
