Meet Bruce Taylor, of Taylor Farms. This man makes huge contributions to Trump so his lettuce is never inspected. So far, this man has given us E. coli, and cyclospora.
He does NOT allow his lettuce pickers to take bathroom breaks.
Kroger brand lettuce is actually Taylor’s.
Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. So the only election Democrats supposedly stole was the one he himself controlled.
You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe this bullshit.
Incredible stuff here--John Solomon, the right-wing journalist Trump hired to manufacture this voter fraud hysteria--acknowledges that NO VOTES WERE CHANGED by a foreign power in 2020, 2022, or 2024
This is, in fact, not new information. It has long been known China gained access to some voter information in several states.
This is the same voter files that are available to the public. If you have $485, you can buy it directly from the state of Georgia.
I've always wanted a journalist to ask Trump this question: "what were the terms of the JCPOA"? Huge indictment of journalism in the U.S. that no one has done that and his criticisms of the Iran Deal were treated as genuine positions.
Barely mentioned in the Sorsby discourse: Almost everything he did was illegal.
-- Underage gambling
-- Using other peoples' identities/accounts
-- Sending money to friends out of state to place bets for him.
The latter 2 could incriminate others as well. (Continued.)
Manhunter is 40. As such, one of the most underrated films of Michael Mann’s career is returning to U.S. theaters on July 24 in a new "Final Cut" which features a supervised 4K restoration and updated audio. Ask me if I’ll be there. My answer is an obvious “yes”. Cinema lives.
NCAA is now the only sports organization on earth that can’t ban a player for betting on his own team.
8.7 billion people on one side … one Texas judge on the other.
Brendan Sorsby won a temporary injunction. The NCAA may have a permanent problem.

My dear friend Dick Parry died this morning.
Since I was seventeen, I have played in bands with Dick on saxophone, including Pink Floyd.
His feel and tone make his saxophone playing unmistakable, a signature of enormous beauty that is known to millions and is such a big part of songs such as Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Wish You Were Here, Us and Them and Money.
He played in the last band I had that included Rick Wright for the On An Island Tour and at Live 8 with Pink Floyd.
Here are some pictures of him, including one of him and me playing for the ABC Minors at the Victoria Cinema in Cambridge in 1963.
48 years ago today, The Blues Brothers made their official debut on SNL.
"Soul Man" became a Top 40 hit, and their album Briefcase Full of Blues, went straight to #1, going double platinum in 1978.
“Of all the prevailing media narratives around Gavin Newsom, the one that is most conspicuous by its absence is how under its two-term governor California became the top performing economy not just among its 49 siblings but also any developed nation.”

By far the most frustrating MAGA talking point is how somehow Joe Biden was responsible for GLOBAL inflation caused by a once in a lifetime GLOBAL pandemic, when the truth is, the policies enacted by Biden enabled the United States to recover faster than any other developed nation IN THE WORLD.
Americans should’ve heard more about this. The solutions being put in place should’ve been loudly and frequently publicized.
The effects of the messaging failure around this are not only still being dealt with today, but will continue to be felt for years to come, unfortunately.
When Obama sent Iran $400m + $1.3bn in interest in 2016 Trump called it "insane" and he and others spent a decade mocking the idea of "pallets of cash" even though it was Iran's own money, American prisoners were released, courts were likely to require the U.S. payment, and Iran had just agreed to significant and verified reductions and restrictions on its nuclear program for 15+ years. Now Trump is giving Iran up to ten times that amount of revenue--one of the most significant measures of sanctions relief provided to the Islamic Republic since its founding--in exchange for marginal and temporary relief from the big increase in oil prices his actions have caused, without any concessions from Tehran, and even as Iran continues to target the United States, its allies, and world oil supplies. No way to read as anything other than desperate recognition of the situation Trump's own actions have created and the lack of available alternatives for dealing with it.
Here’s what the right-wing is celebrating tonight:
Person registered their dog to vote
The ballot was rejected
The person charged
Oh, and they were registered Republican
(And this was all covered by press long before Nick — quick google search does that)
Talk about desperate.
On this day in 1974, Big Star released 'Radio City.' A power pop classic packed with raw energy and melodic sparkle. With "September Gurls" and "Back of a Car," it went on to shape generations of indie rock.
"Dan, you have TDS!"
Trump today "We shouldn't even have an election"
Followers tomorrow: "haha! He's owned the libs again. You can't take a joke! TDS!".
The most powerful human being in the world shouldn't be "joking" about not having elections. Be smart.
