@Melissa_momof3 After dad had his heart attack last Aug. I went from 1/2 pk to a pack of day, and depending on my pain levels ,2 pks so I gotta work on mine again to get back down I'll quit but I'll do it my way, I tried patches, gum, cold turkey But GREAT !! on the 3 cigs a day!!

@Melissa_momof3 Hope you find help. I have IBS and is Lactose Intolerant as well as Chronic pain, and Chronic pain Syndrome(never heard of it til last yr) among other issues, but I keep on trucking as the saying goes :) Does Certain foods trigger issues? I noticed vegetables caused mine.damn

@Liam_Fagerheim @JamesTheFAM All snakes swim in water, as I learned last yr , Rattlesnakes, copper heads , as well as water mocasins. Almost looks like a copperhead, but sure is long. Where were you when you came up on him ? I treat all snakes the same I go the other direction :D I know OK snakes, unsure tho

@cjfaison Those hurt, has fallen so much (due to birth defect) My tailbone is a complete L. Long ways from a normal almost S lol, Becareful, sit with ice pack for 20 min on, 20 min off.
