Suppression such a crock .. guy admits drink driving killing someone, no hard ship yet granted further suppression cos there could somehow be link made to victim.. yet accused not pursuing permanent supp at sentencing .. no adequate reasons imho #weak

One of many things that struck me about the power outage is the arrogance from Hamilton's #WELnetworks sent through a series of questions as to why they didn't forewarn their customers - instead posting a social media post 2 hours into the outage - got a no comment! #copout

@kirsty_johnston been a while since i done one, but sounds like you need to check your diet that you're eating enough each day, and hydrated... oh, and make sure you carb load for the 2 days prior = high carbs, high sugar. Makes such a difference.
