But I imagine slavery wouldn't have ended in the CSA for at least 20, maybe 30 years. Hell, they may have adapted it to an industrial base, as it was during serfdom in Russia from the Industrial Revolution until the 1860s

If there was a movement to end slavery in the middle east and North Africa, I would support it. But this government would never do it because it is systemically corrupt and would never accomplish its goal.

If I have to be a little authoritarian to stop slavery, I will.

When people say all cops are bad, they're attacking the institution of policing, not literally every badge.

@npcArts And let a system of slavery continue on the continent? Yeah, I don't agree with that. I also disagree with the Framers' "right" to slavery. They weren't necessarily good people and I disagree with them on a lot.
But if you don't agree the war was fought over slavery, you're wrong
