Nothing fancy. Just slow quiet little moments that nourish your soul. Because not every day is meant for growth or productivity. Some days are just for you. Alone. At peace. Never chase people. People can only meet you as deeply as they’ve met themselves. If they haven’t done the inner work, if they don’t understand their own emotions and patterns they won’t be able to understand yours either. So you end up over-explaining. Over-giving.
