A truck is running 47 minutes late. The AI agent already found a faster route.
One click approves it, the ETA rolls back inside the window, and the customer gets live tracking.
Would you let AI reroute your trucks automatically, or approve every change yourself?
This guy built a late-resolution bot on Polymarket and made $98,842
His algorithm almost always waits until the final seconds of 5 minute BTC Up/Down markets before building a directional position:
1. Monitors the market for most of the trading window and enters near resolution
98.2% of its purchases occur in the final minute
The median first entry occurs 56 seconds before the market ends
For the first four minutes, it tracks BTC’s price movements. It then starts buying its chosen outcome in small amounts
2. Buys the more likely outcome if it still considers it undervalued
89.8% of its fills are at 50c+
More than half of its purchases are at 80c+, and those trades account for 65.9% of its total volume
3. Uses the opposite outcome to adjust net exposure
It bought both sides in 29.55% of markets
If it holds 100 Up shares and buys 40 Down shares, part of the position becomes hedged, while 60 Up shares remain directional
If it then buys another 140 Down shares, its original Up position is fully hedged, and the directional residual shifts to Down
Buying the opposite outcome lets it reduce or fully reverse its directional exposure
Its Polymarket account: NIULAI4
Stats:
> Trades per active hour: 53.89
> Average trade size: $26.56
> Win rate: 81.42%
NIULAI4’s main edge comes from late-entry probability trading: it waits for a stronger BTC signal near the end of the market, buys the undervalued outcome, and uses the opposite side to rapidly adjust its exposure if conditions change
I still don't understand why people are still explaining themselves to AI from scratch every single day
a hundred times this year, you told it who you are. a hundred times, it forgot
five minutes fixes this:
create a folder → name it raw → drop in any source, article, transcript, PDF, voice memo
tell the model to read it once → link it to everything already there → never touch it again
create one more file → name it CLAUDE.md → who you are, what you're building, what already failed
now every session starts here → the model reads it automatically → before you type a single word
ask it anything across everything you've ever fed it → it answers from months of compiled understanding → not from zero
most people quit around month one → nothing looks like it's working yet → that's exactly where the value starts
five minutes to set up. you never explain yourself from scratch again
Once you start making money from trading

The 2025 Model In Simple Terms:
Determine a short term session\Day bias.
If Bullish - Seek Discount Arrays to enter on or after a short term swing low has been raided.
If Bearish - Seek Premium Arrays to enter on or after a short term swing high has been raided.
Frame intraday Price Runs from one Algorithmic Gap to an opposing Short Term Swing for Liquidity or Gap.
Macro times are optimal timing criteria but Price Runs inside the bias that began on a Macro can still be utilized.
Make a profitable execution and step aside for the day.
2% Risk per setup... one loss per day permitted.
That is it Folks... nothing complicated or too jarring.
Veteran students of mine see the simplicity... new Readers are probably not so impressed.
Everything is about to change suddenly.
You’ll look back and feel so grateful you never gave up.
The hard days were preparing you for this exact moment.
Blessings are already on their way — bigger, brighter, and right on time.
Hold on. Your breakthrough is closer than you think.
After 7 years of trading this is what ACTUALLY works for retails:
1. Fundamentals & global macro cycles for long term bias.
2. Volume profile and Gamma/Charm/Vanna for areas and volatility regime.
3. Orderflow timing.
4. Quantitative analysis
5. Automatic risk management
