@etihad @EtihadHelp @etihadar showed us seats to buy that don’t exist in our flight! We paid 200£ for economy normal seats! THIS IS A SCAM! We want our money back or a compensation. Our flight is tomorrow &we spent our last week holidays being IGNORED BY YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS

@etihad @etihadar @EtihadHelp We spent 200£ for 2 seats in the row 16 that in your app show free space (HJK) for a Bangkok-Barcelona 12h flight. Once paid the app shows another map and we realized that the “free space” is filled by 2 seats.
