@alliethinks I had a Maria Elizabeth, Elizabeth Mary and a Mary Ann who were all sisters. Not exactly the same but similar enough to confuse me 😂 Luckily I confirmed that they alll survived through their father’s will.

I’ve never had a family heirloom before, but just after the birth of my daughter, my grandmother presented this blanket to me, explaining how she had made it for me when I was born, and now it is time to give it to Adelaide. 💝

@Darksecretz19 What a lovely name! We were tossing up between the two. I loved the name Ada but wanted something longer. Thought she’d be nicknamed Ada but I just call her Lady 😆. I’d love to learn to crochet!
