@JeanieFM@greatermcr @cllrsfielding @JimfromOldham It's far from safe unfortunately Jean. Developers can, and most probably will, appeal against the decision to remove TOR from the GMSF
@JeanieFM @cllrsfielding @JimfromOldham@greatermcr Thanks Jean. Our campaign continues with renewed vigour, until Hanging Chadder is also saved from the bulldozers

Can you shed light on this?
Was there an AGMA meeting yesterday?
Nothing has yet officially been released by @OldhamCouncil or @greatermcr
Do you know when it will all be officially released? @NickStathamLDR
@FriendsMoss We set up a stall on our local market, and also went door to door with a generic objection letter which people just had to sign. We ended up with around 4K objections to the GMSF last Spring
This Guardian article demonstrates how unconnected Royton is from reliable Public Transport. With no direct access to the Tram or Rail Network, more houses in the Royton area would lead to a huge increase in cars on our already jammed local roads.

I'm joining @CllrGaryRidley in supporting local residents by opposing the recent planning application to build on 100 hectares of fields and meadows at Eastern Green. It's too much development on vital green space that is environmentally important and locally loved.
Seems like only those residents of Grasmere Estate who fall into the Crompton Ward have received this letter. Do the flooding issues associated with Hanging Chadder not equally affect those in Royton North? #GMSF#OldhamHour
Since 2017 @QuintinBradley has been someone our groups have turned to for his expertise in all things #Planning. He is such a good egg and @leedsbeckett are very lucky to have him! We could listen to him 24/7! Thank you for all your support Quintin
So this is what happens to a Councillor in Oldham who does what he's actually elected to do...namely representing his constituents, and standing up for local issues #oldhamhour#GMSF
