Almost 200 acres of Manhattan now flailed and setting skin between East Lothian and Fife; largest tubers to 80mm. Scheduled for packing 2nd week of August! Wow!

@donna9p I know it looks weird. Potato tubers get forgotten in cupboards and produce long (say 20 cm) spindly white sprouts in the dark. It looks like your potatoes have had the right combination of limited light (and warmth) to stretch, but just enough light to produce the pink colour.
